Ingredients: 250 gm (15 to 20) okra or lady finger 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp raw mango powder 1 tsp salt 2 to 3 tbsp oil 4 to 5 tsp chickpea flour Garam masala
Method: Wash and pat dry the okra. Ensure okra is completly dry. Cut of the top portion off and slit okra into two halves. In a bowl put in the spices, coriander, cumin, turmieric, raw mango powder, salt and oil. Give it a good mix. Rub the spice mix all over the okra, sprinkle with chickpea flour toss again, Place the prepared okras in the ovan preheated 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
